Virginia Mae Baker, age 86, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Friday June 01, 2012 in Hot Springs.
She was born January 20, 1926 in Assumption, Illinois to the late Kelly Coffman and the late Etta Bridgewater Coffman. She was married to Everett Baker for 68 wonderful years. Virginia loved God and family and her friends. She enjoyed living at Levi Towers in Hot Springs where she had many loving friends, such as Barbara, Betty, Mildred,Sally, and Rachel. Virginia was a hard worker and very loyal to her jobs and enjoyed working at the Sheriff's department in Hot Springs. Virginia mastered the computers, from sending, getting e-mails and loved doing all kinds of research. She enjoyed playing crossword puzzles, Scrabble and Bingo. She loved living life to the fullest every day and was encouraging to others to do so. Her family and friends will miss her so much and loved her dearly.

14 Grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kelly and Etta Coffman, daughter, Emily Baker and 10 brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 05, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Rockport Memorial Gardens in Malvern with Pastor James Pruett officiating.
Family and friends visitation will be Monday, June 04, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Atkinson Funeral Home.
